I have found that Skype sessions, aside from mutual convenience, are much more focused and productive for serious study than coffee shop sessions. Most of my clients much prefer to use Skype these days. However, I am happy to meet in person anywhere between Haijima and Seibu-Shinjuku and also within thirty minutes cycle ride of Higashiyamatoshi.
I offer one to one high level conversation, reading and writing practice, especially to improve IELTS, EIKEN and similar scores. Sources: current affairs articles, TEDs, MOOCs etc, and from student.
I am happy to help Japanese teachers of, and translators to, English.
I re-write (polish) business documents and academic papers and I am happy to "improve" essays/assignments.
For face to face meetings I am able to meet (almost) anywhere between Haijima and Shinjuku.
Last year I began to use Skype for lessons and I am impressed at how effective Skype sessions are.
Serious only please!
